Affiliates earn a recurring percentage commission on qualifying paid subscriptions referred through their unique link, for the duration described on the program page or order form.

• Commissions accrue only on cleared, retained payments
• Refunds, chargebacks and cancellations reverse the related commission
• Commission rates may differ by plan, region or campaign

Referrals are tracked through cookies and unique attribution parameters. Last-click attribution applies unless otherwise stated. Affiliates must not interfere with tracking, run typo-squatting domains or hijack branded keywords.

• Spam, unsolicited bulk email or SMS
• Bidding on Vailar AI brand keywords in paid search
• Misleading medical, clinical or outcome claims
• Adult, hateful or otherwise unlawful content
• Impersonation of Vailar AI staff, doctors or clinics

Affiliates may use approved Vailar AI logos and creatives provided in the partner portal, in accordance with our brand guidelines. Modification of marks, misleading association or co-branded claims are not permitted.

Payouts are issued monthly when the affiliate's balance exceeds the minimum threshold defined on the program page. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and any required tax documentation.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivized signups, traffic manipulation and any deceptive practice are strictly prohibited. Vailar AI may withhold or reverse commissions and terminate accounts associated with fraud.

Either party may terminate participation with notice. Vailar AI may immediately terminate for breach, fraud or risk to the platform or its users.
