Clinics and customers retain ownership of content they upload (such as patient photos with proper consent). By uploading, the customer grants Vailar AI a limited, worldwide license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the platform.

Comments, feedback and other content posted on Vailar AI surfaces must respect the rights of others. Customers warrant that they have all necessary rights to upload content and to grant the licenses described above.

• Reproducing or distributing platform code, models or assets without authorization
• Removing or altering copyright notices
• Uploading content that infringes third-party rights
• Using AI outputs in a way that violates a third party's rights

Suggestions, ideas and feedback you share with us may be used by Vailar AI without obligation, while you retain ownership of your underlying intellectual property.
