The clinic is responsible for complying with all applicable medical, advertising, consumer protection and privacy regulations in its country of operation, including any restrictions on cosmetic before/after promotion.

Vailar AI may suspend or terminate clinic access for material violations of this agreement, applicable law or platform safety policies, with notice where reasonably possible.
